Currently, we are behind on our annual trail clearing and we are looking for help. Especially after the wintery weather we've been having. We typically meet at the club house Sunday mornings at 10:00 (weather permitting). If you have access to power tools and/or hand tools (not necessary) or ATV/UTVs we would appreciate it if you could bring them along.
For more info please contact
Alex Antosz @ 413-530-7737 or
Todd Frost @ 413-527-7046
We also have a raffle going on. This raffle is to help bring the club house kitchen up to code. We are in need of updating our hood and fire suppression system which is in the $15,000 range! If you'd like to help sell some tickets or are looking to buy some, please call/text Steve Manley @ 413-626-8773 or reply to this email.
The Annual Game Dinner will be postponed due to required kitchen renovations. The new date is TBD. Along with that we're looking for someone that may be interested in taking the reins for the dinner. We are also looking for game meat donations. Please keep us in mind if you happen to have something you don't mind parting with.
Lately we’ve been noticing a very low attendance at our meetings as well as for trail clearing. We are in dire need of volunteers to step up and donate some time. We understand everyone is busy, especially this time of year. But so aren’t those core members that have been continuously keeping us, as a club, afloat. With just a few hours of your time a month, you could help take a load off of their shoulders. It is the unfortunate truth, we will not be able to continue the way we are indefinitely. If you are interested in volunteering your time, please reply to this email, or give Todd Frost a call.
Many hands make light work
Please pass this along
Our next trail clearing day will be this Sunday December 2nd at 10:00 AM. We will be meeting at the club. We will be signing fields and trails on Friday November 23rd if anyone is available. Hope to see you there!
We will be planning on meeting at the club every Sunday (weather permitting) @ 10:00 starting October 14th. If you have access to power tools and hand tools, ATV/UTVs we would definitely appreciate it if you could bring them along.

Here it is folks, our latest raffle. $10 donation per entry, to be drawn at the Groomer Benefit Dinner February 23, 2019. Let us know if you want some tickets!
The club is in need of some love. In order to keep our kitchen open we need to meet fire code. The kitchen needs a whole new hood and fire suppression system which is somewhere in the ball park of $15,000! Please help us sell some of these tickets to help keep the kitchen open, as well as other club operations, such as clubhouse maintenance and groomer maintenance.
Many members have tickets on hand. Please contact Steve Manley @ 413-626-8773 for tickets or more information.
